Not too sure who to credit but I did find a load of these..

also just a heads up, I'd reccomend using b777x's tool to change your name as you can have more characters in your name ect and some of the camo names don't work completely but they do work if you can understand that.. like this for example
it does work but you have to hover over your name and then you can see it at the calling card :p
