there is really no need to run the program unless you are going to be making a server on pc (if i recall it takes a bit of tweaks to make it run properly when making one) lol
most people use this to find function and info in the game executable like ida pro

For everyone that doesn't know, make a .bat-file and put this string in it:
CoDMPServer_s_PC.exe license:FMlCMXjQihucKgCKnthN32s1 env:dev clientPlatform
C serverid:0 lsgAddr:127.0.0.1 authAddr:127.0.0.1 showconsole +exec bo2server.cfg
I think you need a dedicated server too for this to really work. Not quite sure here, or if this is a lobby server or something. Either way I don't know how to connect to this anyway.
