Some have been. Others haven't. I imagine it's the luck of the draw. I remember back when I did the same kind of glitch for Black Ops. Everyone I knew seemed to get banned. I was never touched. Still using the same account to this day. Do the glitch. Play as normal. Then hope for the best.

i got my stats reset to zero and a six day ban, but that was for prestige 12.
