Black ops 2 is the worst game to mod it is always freezing . It has a hard time starting up , so check your disk . It might not be the patch.

ok I have a little homework for you... does your ps3 freeze for about 4-5 seconds when signing in??? Do all of "YOUR" Trophies show up without error??? I just had this problem, I deleted everything and it still froze at the loading symbol... Finally I looked at my trophies and noticed I have never played/owned half the games on the list??? WTF. So what happened??? Well I updated to 1.06 at it F*$(*$ it all up.
Best solution, and the one that worked was to format the hdd... I know sucks but sometimes you just wanna play the F(Y$ing game you just bought the season pass for.
Also If you wanna know what patch you need more information is required...
What firmware do you have 3.55 cfw or 4.21 or what...
The tool that choco made works just fine... I created an extra folder call "Original" and of course my original file is in there so it will not move and get cluttered by other processed files. You shouldn't reuse a file processed with this application... start with a fresh file only... unless they change the program someway, this always gives me a hanging result.
