ok .. do this log into the account you bought the season pass in you new ps3... when your at the multiplay menu go to store check there if it said season pass purchase. If it does so there then get your old ps3 and go do a system deactivated it under playstation network under account management... if you dont have the old ps3 you can go to the playstation network website and deactivated it from there but if you deactivate from the website it will deactivated all ps3 so your friend they need to go back and reactivate it again to be able to play any game share...
