i'll not do any hacks or modding just want to play BO2 on my CFW PS3!

Another question .. is there any risk of getting banned with the new update 4.40?
i mean if i just go online are they going to banned me even if i didn't do any hack?

You gonna get banned fast if you play BO2.
Don't play it online with a CFW!

Blackops 2 scans for any homebrew on your PS3 so it will ban u regardless, I wouldn't risk it too be honest.

BO2 scans your system for certain files. The only way is to hide these folders on your ps3:
