Treyarc reset your account . idk if they patched it but do "fresh start" then dupe account again

It's NOT patched.

Either; 1) you have been banned and reset before. or 2) you are using an account that has already been prestiged.

Either way, to fix this you need to duplicate your account to prestige master, use fresh start and then duplicate it again. That will make it stick, I guarantee it.

you can always do duplication on multiplayer and zombie

You got that error because you didn't reset yourself before doing the prestige glitch.
