I have 2 problems
first is I can't Lag my ps3 and second I can't open Net Tools , it give me this error:

Component 'Mswinsck.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly regired: a file is missing or invalid.

that is the problem, try to make your nat type open, it does the trick for me most times...

Yes my nat type is moderate but when I turn on my PS3 I start every times MW2 and go at the multiplayer to put nat type open. I just tryied the glitch with nat type open

did you try with net tools? if it doesnt open, completely uninstall and reinstall

I open nettools5 and it give the error and other files I can open fine :/
