He's started making RTE tools. He's got the program to work but, It only works on his PC. He's tried testing it on his laptop and it doesn't work. Anyone know how he could get it working. He probably made it in a different .NET Framework ... just tell him what framework it was build on.

or mabe the assembly was a test version possibly

The problem is that , he's probably not merging the program with the .dlls that it needs or he's not giving it out them.
If the program can't find them on the start, it will stop working.
I could suggest a packer like MoleBox or SmartAssembly, but there are better ones if you want to encrypt your strings and your source too.
