for what CFW are they ?
what are the requirements ?

What do they connect to or do you run them on pc ( cuz i see many people running them on the ps3 and don't understand how )
can anybody explain to me how to use these type of tools ? also where do i get the missing .dll files ?

It's for PS3, you'll need,

- A PS3 on a Dex Firmware
- Debug Eboot to attach the Process
