From my understanding, debug consoles/debug EBOOT's nearly eliminate your chance of ban permanently. Is this true? I have a debug EBOOT on now and it's just a regular one. I can never get host, so RTE is kind of pointless.

Same here, I RTE without Force Host only in private match, can't get host online because no one enters my lobby.
Will I get banned if I used a Debug EBOOT + Force Host Only ^ ?
