I Got a copy of bo2 on Ps3, put it on multiman(Stealth) and now i have a copy of the game to play.

I Got banned off PSN on Friday forever so i am pretty sure that means i will not be asked for updates so i will probably be on game version 1.11 (or the lowest)

I Downloaded a mod menu off this site today and i got a .rar containing

Bo2 Mod Menu Type:Application
And then 3 .dil files

Like i am noob at Black ops 2 mods because i am used to infinity Ward mods with the eboots replacing and the Patch files

So can someone help me by any chance? Please
