(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm using a ps3 4.30 D-Rex DEX I'm trying to RTM in Black Ops 2 but the tool I'm using gives me the following problem: Target Manager API can not be founded to: C :/ program files (x86) / SN systems / ps3/bin/ps3tmapi_net.dll.
File ps3tmapi_net.dll us is in original folder and the folder of the tool.

I've been days with this problem, would appreciate your help. Thanks and sorry for the bad English.

put this file " ps3tmapi_net.dll. " in the same folder of the tool
you can find the file from here >>> C :/ program files (x86) / SN systems / ps3/bin/ps3tmapi_net.dll

Just goggle how to set up target manager for ps3 and you will find some videos on how to set it up it work for me..Good luck
