go to 4.21 ita. i had the same problem as you and switch to 4.21 ita fixed it

PS3 ita 4.41 dont load .self there must be a bug in it go to 4.21 v2.2 ita it works 100 percent

Im on Unknowns CFW. Dont know a difference between PSita 4.41 and his if there is any. But I have no issues at all on his CFW. Dont even use PSID Patcher and PSita. Use PSNope to spoof console id and disable cfw checks or something. Mainly use PSita to install PKG files over the size of 4GB to install games and also to backup games.

i allready used Ita 4.21 v2.2 and i had the same problem so i tried 4.41 and it didnt worked there as well Other Ideas?
