Look around at people's shops. Most accept PayPal but the UK people do accept UK psn cards most of the time. When they offer a service yes you get any prestige and all diamond and unlock all and whatever else they offer.

Most show proof if not then you cab ask for proof and there all legit. (well, as far as I know.)

People on The Blackops2 Modded Lobbies And Services Section often accept the payment before the service so I'll give ya a heads up. You'll be paying first and they'll provide proof.
