Sometimes its th virus protection are try this windows/system32/drivers/etc and delete the host file worked for me hopes it help you both

Yea idk about the 6mins but the eboot is the best because my friend get banned every 5mins on every account he use a differnt eboot so yea make sure you use the one you have when using revolution
