No, been patched for like 6months now.

Just wondering because my friend had did it after it was so called "patched" but had to lag himself harder.

Actually, there is a way you can do it, but it may reset you prestige master account if it has been on the latest patches. Try searching a bit more, I found an article that says you need to install a kiosk firmware to bypass and do the glitch
