A fix is usually a pkg. React psn is for RAP files. to use it, make a user on ur ps3 called aa and put the rap files in ur usb stick inside a folder called exdata. Plug the usb in the right slot of your usb and run react psn. If your ps3 fully rebooted and you account called previously aa changed name, you've done it right. Keep in mind this only fixes the download for wutever console ID you were using while running react psn. I suggest using pkg fixes. Your Welcome and Enjoy!

You need to download and install the actual maps. THEN install the fix.

like pay for them?

If you already installed the map paks,then download and install a fix for your region.
I used these and they work without any issue.
