It's quite easy to switch to DEX man, why don't you consider doing that? DEX has a lot more options and features to offer considering it's more made for the customization of the console itself. Therefore, you can do a lot more customization wise including use Debugged EBOOTS and it doesn't stop there, it makes everything ten times easier because not only does it offer a lot more, but more people are using it so that people can test stuff before you use it; then you will know if something works or not.

But to officially answer your question, there's not really any Anti-Ban EBOOTS released for CEX, only mainly Debug EBOOTS and some SELFs.
