1 wrong section 2 you cant give them the menu to keep you can only verify them in the client menu, and they will only be able to use it while they're in your game.

and another qurestion how do i give them the option to themselfs so they can use the stats modification so they reach 55 , it says they need to be host?

The stats offsets are all local so they cant be applied to clients.
