Today when I was trying to buy Enstone's Black Ops 2 Revolution mod menu, I keep getting the same paypal error message. Image is in the link provided. You must login or register to view this content.
I've done everything possible that I could do to be able to buy the mod menu but no luck at all. I have contacted the paypal customer support as well and still no responses from them and I don't know what else to do. I have all the money on my paypal account but it still won't let me buy it. Hope you guys on NGU can help me out.

its the servers , either that or you have a really bad internet connection , just try some other time give it 24 hours tops

I even get the same error when i try to pay for NGU elite and also my internet is really good so it wouldn't be the internet, I asked my friend and he said paypal could probably be down but i will check it tonight again and see how it goes, any other solutions on how i could go on fixing this if it still won't work?

well theres one thing i could tell you , its not paypal cuz i just bought something through paypal
