I've never had someone been banned on from from prestige 11+ but if people report you maybe.

I've done recoveries for people that requested prestiges 11 and up and they all got reset. I don't recommend it unless you don't care about going back to Level 1.

If you have a Anti-Ban Eboot (I use Tustin's) you can do it. I'm 15th and did recoveries for it to. Never had any problem. Only on an OFW you can get ban when a update comes out.
