is the game downloaded from the PSN store or something? NPUB shouldnt be the region code. its either BLES or BLUS unless I am mistaken, and a fix for what, dlc?

the fix to play this game i need a license

try looking in your Games directory in an FTP or file manager for the region code for example BLES01717 (UK) or locating PS3 Save Data and hit triangle for information on BO2 it may tell you there your regional code

BTW the game is a folder and a icon in the XMB "game folder"
i cant see it in multiman (Ps3 Game List)
