Are you on CFW?
If you are not then you need a ps3 on 3.55 firmware

If you are on cfw follow these steps

If you want a mod menu you have to be host and you NEED to use either an use an anti ban eboot (recommended) or a tool for anti ban
If you want my opinion the best non lagging menu for CEX is Revolution v1 but it costs $30

Install and then later run the ccapi pkg via install package files and set your PS3 connection up with the CCAPI Program which I dont think is a problem for you. Installing a Package files and connecting your PS3 with the CCAPI Program is pretty self explandatory

Once you do all of this and get yourself Revolution or find a free CCAPI CEX mod menu alternative just connect and attach whale on bo2 but you need to be host.

If using revolution (IDK Bout the other menus) You have to wait 10 minutes before connecting or u will get banned!

What if it is not a rtm mod menu i hav the same problem but all there is a bunch of file that i dont know what to do with

What do you mean wait 10 minutes before connecting, do you mean connecting to psn? And why is this?

I download the menu i downloaded several manus and they all hav the same files ps3Lip.dlll ps3tmapi_net.dill And more
