I am wanting to make my own rtm tool for black ops 2, Can someone help me build one?

What are you wanting to add in to it?

Because I released the source code for mine (I have no time to update it)

But it has all the offsets and code already in it so you can load that and change what you like.

It will show you what to use and how to code it.

Also if you want to make one from scratch just PM me and I will help you build one from the start up.

Just need an idea of what you would like.
