Temporarily banned due to violation bla bla, will expire in 1 hour, i waited 2-3 hours still cant on.

Second account says server not available.

Tried 2 console ids, any help, maybe psn maintenance affecting it ?

Your Account has been banned, it will not be lifted even though it says your lifted time, you will need to make a new account, I and a few other members have en-counted this.

I've encountered this also. Very troublesom, you're permabanned even know it doesn't say you are.

I believe if you call up Sony or Activision and report this problem, because it doesn't actually say you're banned,
You "might" I mean a 0.01% of a chance get unbanned

Thats what it says when i get banned for 7 days, try going on a OFW and test it
