if the PS3TMAPI.dll is not in the same folder as the menu, add it in and it should work

the PS3TMAPI.dll is already there and for to be sure i try to change it with other working tool files and nothing happen just error

1. Control Panel > System and Security > System.
2. Click on Advanced system settings from the sidebar.
3. Make sure you're on the Advanced tab, and click on Environment Variables.
4. In the "System variables" area, scroll down to Path and change it to:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\SN Systems

If the code above didn't work, try without the (x86).

Yes, but there is a difference in the last step, the path in CEX with CCAPI is:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\ControlConsoleAPI
