I was trying to unban myself from black ops 2 but i heard its not possible after i did this, which made me feel stupid since I did this.
If you guys need the error code ill just check but anyone know if this is a virus or not
Also my brother installed a game off torrent called madden 15 so i wondered if that can cause it, but i doubt it

No you haven't got any sort of 'virus' where are you loading the games from etc? And here are the things you can do for an unbanning from BO2:
Account: you can't make a new one
Console: Try changing Console ID, MAC Address or PSID

Try buying a new PS3.
