(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've done everything right I think but my rtm tools won't start at all im on windows 7

But I tested again and no other tools work beside that one like I tried to use green static rtm menu for mw2 and it didn't work :p

It might be one of your .dll files. Are you on CCAPI 2.5 or 2.0? If I were you I would use the .dll files from the rtm tool you got to work and copy it and paste it. You can tell which ones are missing and just paste it.
