I've seen several of people have it, I've tried searching it on the internet, but no tutorial.

Can anyone teach me? Or is it no possible. :/

Do you mean the lines.qrc? Or just a straight up wallpaper?

Not lines.qrc, like you know at the main menu of black ops 2?

Yeah I think that might be PC. Only game I have seen with main menu customized is mw2
