At least I can fight
i own two ps3 one modded and another that is jailbroken.and i want to mod in zombies and have a mod menu and all but i need a tool that works offline and i dont wanna be using the pc to connect and attach to the ps3 from pc.is there a way i can do all that with just my modded ps3? play blackops 2 zombies offline and have the mod menu and all ? no pc or without using control console api 2.50

No. This cannot and will not happen. This is supplemental, a very un-thoughtful post. Read what you just said and think again.
Firstly, how can you use a 'tool' without using your PC which is where the 'tools' are developed? Yes, EBOOTS can be used in multiple cases but you won't be finding anything special inside of the EBOOTS. Only Non-Host stuff and i'm pretty sure you're looking for God Mode, Unlimited Ammo, Weapon Editing, etc. You're going to have to deal with the fact that you need to use a computer in order to Real Time Mod.
Also, on another note, how do you have one PS3 'Modded' and another PS3 jailbroken? That's the same exact thing. Not trying to sound rude, but please revise your posts before you decide to make pointless threads on questions that you could've solved yourself.
