You can in private match but the game will be captured by everyone in game via theater mode online publicly, you can't stop that.

I guess if everyone gets kicked from the game then it will not be saved via anyone? Correct me if I am wrong on the fact but if you disconnect before a game ends the game does not save. Just a thought

Yeah before, the game ends you can kick everyone then leave yourself allowing it to host migrate. Therefore the game won't be saved.
