It's pretty easy.
1.Download any ftp server client for ps3 (multiman), then install it on ps3.. And Filezilla for PC.
2. Download a custom anti-ban eboot
3. Open ftp server on ps3, and filezilla for pc.
4.Connect to system on filezilla, and go to HDD0>game>Black Ops2(your region)>USDIR>then drag the eboot in and overwrite.
5.Then download French Modding Team's CCAPI 2.50 and install it on ps3,run it and go through process. And the Control Console for 2.50 application on PC.
6. On Control Console, Create a target and put your ip and connect to console with it.
7.Now download a BO2 CEX RTM tool and then you'l be able to connect with the tool.
BTW Do not forget to replace the Eboot or you will get a insta Account ban for BO2.
