You can edit all client stats in every call of duty but there is no tool released for this game to do so atm

It is definitely possible, everyone is just too lazy to try and make something to work for this (including myself).

How difficult would this be to do?

I personally don't have the knowledge to know where to start apart from SV_SetClientStats which was talked about in a ghosts thread by SC58 but I don't know how it all works, you can currently set others levels etc. via GSC and some GSC menus in the scripting section have this but u haven't used them yet.

You need a DEX to use GSC dont you? If not then could you please point me in the direction i need to go. I did some research on it but I didnt quite understand.

People are in teh development of making this is GSC Menus, i think some are actually made for ex/ RDC V2.6 Edit which needs to be used in public match im pretty sure.
