Mostly because of the radar. So....

Could someone elaborate on the steps that I need to do to get this (noob friendly)

I will help but I will like to start off with a question. How have you been apart of the forums for 4 years if the accounts join date is 2012? :troll:

if you wish to use this file you will either need to FTP it over from your PC to your console or transfer it via a USB Stick.

To FTP you will need:
a homebrew app allowing FTP (Black Box, MultiMan, Rebug Toolbox)
File Zilla on your PC

To connect to your PS3 via File Zilla you will need to run the app on the console then type in your PS3 IP into the IP box in file zilla then connect, you will need to locate your BO2 files: dev_hdd0 > games > BLES/BLUSXXXXXX > USRDIR and then replace the EBOOT with the one in there.

To transfer via USB, get an app that lets you access files on your PS3 (MultiMan, comgenies)
Open the app with the USB in, locate to the same directory as above, replace.
