im fully new in gamemodding on ps3. (on sunday) i have a DEX ps3 and i started looking for some tools. i downloaded a few and i found some functions where i dont know what they are and what they do.
sooo
1. What is an eboot? do i need this? if, how to use?
2. i some tools under the section namechanging there is an option (chekbox) "flash". what is it and what does it
3. i found a typewriter and in brackets stands "only for DEX". what ist it and what does it

An EBOOT is a file in your game directory (dev_hdd0>game>BLESXXXXXX>USRDIR) which can include, bind mods (click a series of buttons to activate something) Mod menus and many other things. On this game you will need an ANTI-BAN EBOOT to stop you from getting banned obviously :p they can be found in the BO2 Mods cheats and guides section.

Flash makes any name you have set flash 9 different colours quickly (Red, blue, green, yellow, pink, brown, normal, cyan, black) when in a pre game lobby or in game on occasions if that is coded in.

A typewriter is like the same thing when starting a game, comes up in the middle of the screen (Destroy the objectives) as an example like a typewriter. but you can change the location and or colour + text with a custom one and send it whenever you wish. If it is only for DEX this means it simply has not been coded to suit CEX.

Well now i have my DEX on ITA
i connected it with targetmanager.
but when i want to attach with a tool there comes always "failed to attach the game" or "no game process found" (depends on the tool)
i cannot attach my ps3 with a tool
can somebody help me?
