Basically I want to be able to host a lobby and be able to let the other people use the mod menu to rank up. If that is possible, I remember in waw been in a lobby and getting the mod menu and giving my self 10th prestige. Basically that's what I want in bo2, if any one can link me to the right tool I'd greatly appreciate it thanks.

First of all.
tell us the god damn menu you're using. Because you cannot use a RTM tool whilst using Revolution.
And second of all.
If it's no Revolution then something's wrong. I have never come across this and suggest using a GSC menu instead of an RTM menu
