You have to change you MAC Address. BO2 doesn't ban your console ID off the game.

You are mac banned. IF you are on DEX there is a way you can downgrade and change your mac via CHAOS AIR BRINGER. That is recommended plus i think you should spoof your PSID. Before playing of course.
