but, i dont know "Resign" method.

I know. Create Debug EBOOT method.
but, CEX is NO idea...

I don't know anyone that has created a CEX Eboot so idk. I heard that you can only run custom eboots on DEX (I tried loading many eboots when I was a noob on CEX and they didn't work, then I transferred to DEX and the eboots worked fine).
