Pretty sure you can't rank someone up without being on their account, i'm no sure, haven't been on BO2 in ages.

You can give someone ranks without being on their account, ootherwise everyone i know would be 10th lvl 55. its not posible

Notably, it's definitely possible. Just the simple fact that most people who create GSC Menu's have no idea of the real function, and they just leave it in the menu knowing that it doesn't work so that it will be 'popular'. There are lots of people that have the rank function for GSC but they just don't share it. I for one had it, but did a PC restore and lost it. I could probably remake the function but I cba because I don't even use GSC anymore.
