I don't want to change my rank, Prestige or stats or anything else, just would like to unlock all camos. Just wondering so any reassurance is appreciated.

it changes your gun stats and adds medals, as well as unlocking all camos and titles

Definitely, as long as you're being safe with an Anti-Ban EBOOT you're free to do just about anything free of ban. Once that's done, simply grab a program/tool of your preference and select the "Unlock All" option. That will give you all of the camos (excluding DLCs), attachments, weapons, etc.

So as long I'm using an Anti-Ban EBOOT, 'Unlock All' should be fine to use?
