You can either RTM with a tool or you can buy revolution from the FM|T from their website. Just search Revolution Mod Menu on google

thank you for your help

When you start bo2 see your not signed in. Connect and attach any rtm tool (i recommend geo tool) and sign in and go to online. Then just edit stats etc but dont mod too high stats or prestige.
