Only way you will be able to IMPROVE is by changing your contract/package for your Internet, companies will have sections of a website where you input your address to see the possible speeds you can get from them, it generally comes down to the line. If you havent already you could upgrade to fibre optic providing it is in your area of course. Or replace the internet/ADSL filter, I will let you look that one up :p

Swapping out the router will rarely improve your connection by much, more just the range and power of the thing.
