Post: Strict Nat Type with wired connection?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I'm trying to force host on Black ops 2 but it's refusing. I try using gsc menus force host, jewelz super force host, a super force host tool, none of it works. I believe it's because I have a strict Nat type. Don't say it's my internet, I've got xfinity and on the 5 ofw ps3s in my house they all have open NAT on every game and are host half the pub games. But I'm running 4.46 rebug dex and I'm wired to my laptop so I can use tmapi because I can't run an Ethernet chord to my router. I'm guessing this is the reason I have strict but idfk. And if it is the problem how do I fix it. I've fixed it before temporarily but going into MW2 for a minute. But it doesn't work anymore. When I useuper force host (both by myself and with a party of 2-6) I start it and it just sits there either trying to join a lobby, find people, or waiting on host. People don't have a problem joining me in a party or private match, so wtf. I'm sure somebody has had this problem, let's just hope you see my thread! Thanks everybody in advanced.

Edit: I am now port forwarding 2 different black ops 2 ports: 27014-27050 and 5223. And my router is in DMZ mode the way Netgear said to do it. Feel like I'm just about out of options. Lmao f*** this game. But naw if anybody can help that would be sweet. I'm to the point that if you fix it I might consider a reward Winky Winky

Might be that you cant use tmapi or your router could be far away from your ps3. Also because if you have many people on your internet at once it makes your connection bad

You could try using the DMZ setting in your routers settings, that might help with the direct access.

Tried it... Still Strict. I'm even port forwarding black ops 2 and nothing. Lmao I'm not meant to host pubs on my jb. But the weird thing is I'm the first one in every lobby. I'm so early I choose my class and hit select and see the little green symbol by everyone's name saying they are still loading. This game hates me.

Yea but that's 25 dollars for hosting pubs. And I bought his mw3 menu for tmapi and it froze my ps3 every 3 games. It's honestly not all that worth it not knowing how it will act. Thanks tho!

Pull the plug out of your router, wait 2-5 mins, then put the plug back in your router than see if your nat type changed

that all depends on what you do the menu some parts of it may be unstable and could have been updated by now or removed to make the menu more stable, it may also be to disc or are you playing on a back up. the eboot you had installed at the time could also play a factor in this. How ever i assure you the black ops 2 version of this menu is very stable and hardly ever freezes your game if you do decide to buy this menu feel free to message me and i will assist you the best i possibly can my Skype is itzFluro if you wish to pm me
