The tool you download have to be made on win32..But I highly recommend that you get a new computer with windows 7 an higher.. most of the computers sold are 64bit.. I use to have myself Win32 and I had the same error for tools.. But my decision was to make my own tools and stuff the only way for myself to have a tool was to make one. So I would recommend getting a new computer or just making your own tool
