If you're saying give it UAV and other mods without being in the lobby, no you can't do that.

Yes, you can do it through CCAPI (CEX) or TMAIPI (DEX). I suggest Geo's RTM Tool. Go to Clients page > then load the clients > then select the client you want to give the UAV to > then right click > then select UAV/VSAT.

He means giving UAV without the account being in the lobby..

Currently not possible, unless someone finds a glitch/exploit and decides to release it (which will ruin the game.).

This would work if myself & this other pesorn are in the same lobby/party?
Or I just have to be on his account?
Because I know how to use Geo Tool to Prestige him & stuff.
But, I don't know how to use it's full potential.

You can not give a player UAV Hacks etc without them being in the lobby.
