The download had some sort of interruption and is now corrupt, re download it then install it. Try not to use the computer while it's downloading so it doesn't run into these interruptions and corrupt your download.

the data of the dlc may be corrupted, try downloading the same dlc, and if it did not work, i can't help u then, cuz there is 1 million reason why it would not work
