I'm currently using an Eboot made by JeWeLs which seems (so far) quite reliable. It gives you the option to download the Eboot with UAV, etc but just pick the basic version. It will disable the prevention of adding colored classes and profanity in clan tags but it doesn't have any annoying features.

The post doesn't seem to have an virus total check however I can confirm it is clean and works fine. (Been doing recoveries on this Eboot for a couple of weeks and no ban yet)
