It's not .net framework because i have the latest version, running as admninistrator doesnt work either. My firewall is also disabled.. Right click>properties>unblock doesn't work also. I don't know what to do atm please help.

It could be that it is still framework
Got to configurationscreen

Than delete programms

On the left there should be some text (dont know it anymore) with an administrator logo next to it

Then u should see a screen pop up where it says

Framework 3.5 and lower (something like that)

And framework 4.5

Enable them both and try again opening any mod tool

It could be that access to the temp files has some how been disabled and therefore not allowing you to open your tools. Just got to properties on the temp folder in app data and re configure the permissions. ONLY DO THIS IF IT IS THE PROBLEM.
