I can't seem to make an already Debug BLUS eboot compatiable with the PSN version of the game using the above tutorial. (If it matters, I keep messing up on the very last step. The last image does not look like what I have when I follow the direction of pressing "11"). Could anyone please assist me. I've been trying for quite some time. Thank you for reading.

You can use my EBOOT Builder that you can find in the Black Ops 2 Modding Tools section. This tool allows you to create EBOOTS for any version of the game without any hard coding skills necessary.
